Creating a painting "Witches" in the style of artist Ivan Marchuk is, first of all, his unique author's technique, which is called "plottanism." This style consists of applying thin intertwined lines of paint that form the image, creating a dense texture similar to a spider's web or a ball of threads.
The artwork features a surreal scene of a woman seated in a giant web, surrounded by witch-like figures. The eerie backdrop of desolate houses enhances the mystical atmosphere.
