Wat een onvermogen om op een fatsoenlijke manier met mensen om te kunnen gaan. Ik vraag me af welke toegevoegde waarde dit soort mensen heeft voor een organisatie en voor de samenleving. Het zijn geen incidenten. Er is structureel iets mis. Weggaan, is voor jezelf het beste maar het echte probleem wordt niet aangepakt.
