An Urgent Call to the AI Art Community: Support the Dreamers

To all digital artists and AI enthusiasts,

For a long time, Deep Dream Generator (DDG) has served as a creative sanctuary. Unlike other AI generation tools, it has cultivated a vibrant, interconnected network of artists who genuinely care about the platform. Unfortunately, the site we value so much is currently being compromised by a mandatory, poorly executed interface overhaul that was pushed live without our input.

While the developers maintain the infrastructure, it is the "Dreamers" who provide the content, engagement, and artistic vision that make DDG successful. We reached out to the team, hoping to establish a dialogue and asking them to work with us on shaping the platform's future. Instead of collaboration, we were met with a rigid and dismissive reply. The management simply stated that they review feedback, but insisted the unwanted layout "is here to stay."

Being sidelined and ignored on a platform we helped build is entirely unacceptable.

We refuse to simply accept this new reality and are inviting everyone to take part in our digital strike. Here is how you can stand in solidarity with us:

Create Protest Art: Publish an artwork on your feed that represents a strike or symbolizes your dissatisfaction with the current direction of the site.

Flood Their Inbox: Send an email directly to contact@deepdreamgenerator.com. Let them know that ignoring the community's voice is a mistake.

A platform should collaborate with its creators, not dictate to them. Let's remind them that without the artists, their tool is just an empty shell.
