The Lightbringer
When the stream begins to sing at night and the moonlight falls through the branches as if painted, the forest tells its silent story. It is the hour when she appears. Barefoot, the girl stands on a rock in the middle of the water, her white hair like a thread of starlight, lost in the twilight. Her cloak shimmers as if woven from the fabric of the early evening hours – flowing, almost transparent, yet full of depth. In her hand, she holds what no one can truly name: liquid light – warm, golden, and alive. With a gesture, as delicate as the flutter of a butterfly's wing, she lets the light glide into the stream. Where it touches the water, golden water lilies open, luminous but still. They float gently in the stream, as if they wanted not to drive away the darkness, but to embrace it. The animals of the forest pause. Even the wind is silent. Everything waits, breathes, marvels. No one knows where she comes from. Some say she is a lost light that once fell from the sky. Others believe she belongs to twilight itself—a being that only exists when day and night touch. But everyone who has ever seen her knows one thing: what she gives away, she never loses. The glow in her hand remains—not fading, but quieter. For hope that is shared does not diminish. It becomes visible. Like a golden blossom on dark water.
