Cinematic high-definition image. Middle Ages. The action takes place inside a fortress near a very tall fortress wall on the left, stretching into the distance. In the foreground, about 50 feet from the fortress wall and parallel to it, a young man walks facing us, dressed in a gray pilgrim's cloak made of coarse fabric with the hood raised. He has a youthful beard and mustache on his face, but his face has the features of an experienced and cautious person, with a keen, watchful gaze, looked around furtively, from under the deeply pulled hood. In the opposite direction, moving away from us along the fortress wall, two guards walk side by side. On the right side of the image, medieval market rows stretch into the distance. At the nearby market stall, vegetables typical of medieval Europe are displayed. The merchant gestures toward his goods to a charming woman with a basket in her hand, who is dressed like a medieval maid. Around them and in the distance, visitors of the market rows in everyday clothing of peasants and servants of the 14th century move about lively. The dirty stone pavement is evenly covered with a thin layer of straw. Daytime, overcast, no precipitation.
Two medieval guards, wearing shining chainmail adorned with red and gold heraldic shields on their tunics, walk along a stone wall, their swords hanging at their hips. A man in a dark grey hooded cloak walks towards the viewer on a dirt path covered with straw leading into a bustling medieval marketplace. In the marketplace, a young woman with a basket of food in her left hand is buying vegetables from a vendor. Other people mill about behind them, and in the distance you can see an ancient fortress wall protecting a village with flagpoles and buildings. The sky is largely overcast, casting a soft, diffuse light over the scene.
