We obsess over those who irritate us, letting them occupy pieces of our lives, surrendering moments to them. We plan so far into the future that we forget to live today, always waiting for something to happen, something to pass, thinking then it will be fine, only to wait for the next event. We spiral in our minds, trapped in this web of imagined time, while in reality, time flows without mercy, and before we notice, the grave lies closer than the breath that keeps us alive.
