Make so very structured canvas in a style of Paul Klee like is on the background of my reference image. Paint on it black dancing silhouettes of African women in boldly unconventional style similar as on the foreground of my reference image. In created rectangles(respectively triangles) add some elements in a style of Juan Miro and small figures, landscapes and different paintings in styles of different artists of 20th century. Make them very minimalistic like just hints, but clearly distinguishable. Inside of black silhouettes paint a starry sky, galaxies and some fireflies. Make these compositions independent of each other, but some elements can cross from one rectangle to another. Aptly paint also some dragonflies, cicadas and bats superimposed on everything else as if sitting on/over the canvas- but use for this only the color palette from the second reference image.
1) 'Galactic Dance of African Elegance'

These women are set against a background of overlapping, colourful fractal patterns, primarily in greens, purples, yellows, and oranges, reminiscent of stained glass. The entire image appears textured, with raised and lowered areas for LizZZZtorytelling:
