PIGEON UNDER AN INSINCERE SUN - a surreal nonsense played out on a chessboard with insane pgeons claiming they won the game because they littered the board and kicked over the pieces. The pieces themselves are criptid creations reminiscing of the mind of Dr. Moreau under the influence of ayahuasca and funy-bone extract.
A surreal and dark chessboard scene with uniquely designed pieces and live pigeons. The chess board itself has black and beige squares, some with a textured, wavy pattern, others smooth and splattered with what appears to be blood and other fluids.
Among the chess pieces, some are traditional, such as a white king, a white pawn, and a black pawn. However, other pieces are highly stylized and grotesque:
One prominent piece in the foreground is a "king" or "queen" piece with a demonic, pale pinkish-purple skull-like head, featuring large yellow eyes, sharp teeth, and a gaping mouth. It wears an elaborate gold crown with pointed spikes and ornate details. Its neck and base are a dark reddish-brown, appearing to be made of exposed sinews and bone, with blood-like fluid pooling at its base on the chessboard.
Another piece resembles a snake or creature's head, also with a pale pinkish-purple interior, open mouth, fangs, and a visible tongue. Its exterior is a lighter, bone-like color with swirling, organic textures. It has a similar base to the other grotesque piece, and also has blood and feathers around it.
