  • Prompt: I found myself in a dark and abandoned house without any recollection of how I got here. The lighting is dim. The wooden walls are worn, the wallpaper peeling off, and dust blankets everything except for me. The chill in the air, the smell of rust, and the low murmur of electrical humming. This is all somewhat familiar. In the fog of awakening, I am not even sure if I am awake or still dreaming. I check myself for injuries, and lose count.
