ArtistThe mice, driven by a sense of adventure and a fascination with history, set out on a new journey. They set course for Egypt, a land full of mystery and prehistoric treasures. After a long and arduous journey, they arrived at the Giza plateau, where the majestic pyramids towered into the sky. They decided to explore the largest pyramid, Khufu -pyramid, and they crept into a narrow passage that led to a hidden chamber. There, in a dusty and dark room, they found a sarcophagus with beautiful hieroglyphic decoration. They carefully opened the sarcophagus and met an unexpected sight: Cleopatra, the famous Egyptian queen, lay before them, apparently alive. But Cleopatra was not human, but a mummy. She was preserved for thousands of years, but her spirit was awake and alive. She told the muses about her life, her love for Julius Caesar and her struggle to preserve Egypt's independence. As Cleopatra told her story, another mummy began to move. It was an artist's mummy, who was buried with Cleopatra to entertain her in the afterlife. With brush in hand and colors in pot, the artist mummy began to paint a large picture of Cleopatra on the pyramid wall. The picture was full of life and colour. It showed Cleopatra as a beautiful and powerful queen, surrounded by symbols of Egypt and its culture. The mice were fascinated by the mummies' artistic skills and Cleopatra's lively narrative. When the picture was finished, Cleopatra thanked the mice for listening to her story. She gave them a gift: a small amulet that would protect them on their travels. The mice left the pyramid with the amulet in hand and their hearts full of admiration for Cleopatra and her time.
