Apparently a handmade ornament. This shape cannot be blown out of glass at once. Apparently the cat is blown out separately, the tree is perhaps glued together from two halves, but both of these parts are then connected by placing it in the currently hardening material, which then forms the base. According to the hanging position, the base must obviously contain a lead in the right part. The cat is visibly hand-painted, so the entire ornament will probably be hand-painted as well. Some details, such as the cat's whiskers and the ornaments on the tree, are apparently additionally glued by hand.
The fact that the ornament is blown out of glass can be recognized by the way it is hung, a brass crown with an inserted spring hook.
