Yucatan Jay, Cyanocorax yucatanicus.
Found in the Yucatan Peninsula (Mexico, Belize, Guatemala) in subtropical or tropical dry forests, plantations, and forest edges. They are highly social, traveling in noisy groups of 5 to 25 birds; and cooperative breeders, with younger birds helping raise chicks.
They are omnivorous, eating insects, seeds, fruits, and small vertebrates. And, like other Corvids, they are adaptable to human-modified areas.
