ArtistI decided to paint my '67 VW restomod is blended swirls of apricot and peach colours.
A vintage 1960s Volkswagen Type 2 (T1) 'Splitscreen' passenger van, also known as a Microbus or Kombi, parked on the street. The van is custom painted with a two-tone scheme; the upper half and roof are a light cream or beige color, while the lower body is a soft peach or light orange. The peach color transitions into a lighter, almost white, peachy-orange swirl pattern on the sides. It has prominent chrome trim separating the two color sections, around the windows, and outlining the V-shaped front panel which features a large chrome Volkswagen emblem. The front of the van has two round chrome-bezeled headlights, two amber turn signals, and a cream-colored bumper with chrome stripping. It has multiple small rectangular windows along the side and a driver's side mirror. The wheels are painted cream with chrome hubcaps. The vehicle is parked on an asphalt street with green foliage and trees in the background, suggesting a daytime outdoor setting.
