This is an illustration for one of my series. I haven't really fleshed out any of the characters, I'm mostly just riffing at this point, but I can tell you that Mharu-Yai was born into a religious minority community. As a Priestess' daughter, her life began in strange circumstances : she was conceived at the Spring Rites, and she was born with the Winter Solstice and the beginning of the solar year.That makes her special, but I don't know how, yet.
