Hideous looking, evil creatures are standing around a group of men dressed in medical gear, white lab coats, etc., and looking like doctors. All of them are holding large syringes with hypodermic needles. Issuing out of them is toxic fume where demonic forms in smokey mists are arising from the needles. the doctors have expressionless faces. They look like zombies who have lost all sense of self , just like robots. before them are the patients on cots and hospital beds all waiting to receive the nauseous concoctions with the syringes. They also have expression faces and look as if they are already dead. One large hypodermic needle on a syringe is squirting all kinds of horrible monsters from it. Roger Dean
