A detailed, full-body portrait captures a green-skinned humanoid creature, resembling a goblin or orc, standing centrally in a dimly lit, ancient stone hallway. The creature, facing forward with a slight smile, has prominent ears, a small nose, and large, dark eyes. Its green skin has a textured, slightly scaly appearance. Its hair is styled into a vibrant green mohawk, adding a punk-rock edge to its fantastical design. The creature is adorned in a mixture of dark and earthy tones. It wears a light green tunic under a dark grey cloak draped over its shoulders. Gold-colored armbands encircle its upper arms, and white bandages are wrapped around its forearms and wrists. A large, ornate belt cinches its waist, featuring a prominent gold-colored skull buckle with red eye sockets. Various pouches and a dagger are attached to the belt. The creature's lower body is covered by a long skirt-like garment in dark red and black, patterned with repeating gold-colored geometric designs. In its right hand, the creature holds a tall staff topped with a realistic, metallic human skull. The staff itself is made of bone-like segments, wrapped with dark leather straps. In its left hand, it holds a small, glowing lantern, which casts a warm, soft light. The background is an old, arched stone hallway, possibly part of a monastery or ancient ruin. The architecture features multiple arches and columns, creating a sense of depth and grandeur. Natural light streams in from openings on the left side of the hallway, creating bright patches on the stone floor and illuminating the columns. The stone walls and arches are textured and weathered, suggesting great age. The overall lighting is dramatic, with the lantern providing a focal point of light on the creature, while the natural light from the side sculpts the architectural elements. The color palette is dominated by earth tones – browns, greys, and greens – with accents of gold and the warm glow of the lantern. The composition places the creature prominently in the center, drawing the viewer's eye directly to it. The long hallway recedes into the background, adding depth and context to the scene. The mood is mysterious and adventurous, hinting at a journey or exploration in an ancient, perhaps sacred, place. More about A Tale: Legend CL - The Lamplighter of Morvath

Deep beneath the mountains of Morvath ran passages unmarked on any map. People only knew that sometimes, on moonless nights, a single light wandered behind the ancient monastery walls. Slowly. Quietly. As if searching for something. The monks called this light the Lantern Keeper. No one knew how old he was. Some claimed he had been there when the monastery's first bell was cast. Others said he came from a time when the mountains still had names, long forgotten. The Lantern Keeper himself never spoke of such things. Every night he wandered through the deserted cloisters. In one hand he carried his small golden lantern. In the other, the staff with the skull. But the skull belonged to no enemy. It belonged to his brother. Many centuries ago, the two goblins had guarded the subterranean archives of Morvath together. There, they stored not books, but memories. Every person's memory appeared there as a small silver sphere, floating on endless shelves. One day, a tremendous earthquake shook the halls. Walls crumbled, vaults collapsed, and thousands of memories vanished among the rubble. When the dust settled, his brother was gone. All that remained was his brother's skull. The goblin refused to believe this was the end. He was convinced that his brother's last memory still existed somewhere in the archives. Perhaps hidden inside a silver sphere. Perhaps enclosed in a mirror. Perhaps trapped in a dream. Thus began his search. Year after year, he wandered the deserted halls. People came and went. Kings died. Empires crumbled. The monastery was abandoned and repopulated. But the lantern keeper remained. His small lantern continued to burn. Many travelers encountered him. Some fled at the sight of the skull. Others mistook him for a ghost. But anyone who dared to speak to him was always asked the same question: “Have you seen a lost memory anywhere?” No one could help him. The years turned into centuries. His search became a legend. It was said that the lantern would never go out as long as his brother’s memory was missing. One winter, however, a little girl appeared at the old monastery. She was curious enough to follow the light deep into the forgotten vaults. When she met the goblin, he asked her the same question. But instead of answering, the girl carefully placed her hand on the skull of his staff. Instantly, silver light filled the darkness. The walls began to glow. From a hidden crevice, a single memory bead broke free and floated slowly through the air. The lantern keeper hardly dared to breathe. The silver sphere opened. A voice spoke. Warm. Friendly. Familiar. His brother’s voice. “You’re looking in the wrong places,” it said. “I was never lost in the archives. As long as you remember me, I am with you.” The goblin froze.
