Wardrobe of Fear

This wardrobe of fear I wear is worrisome
Under an array of colorless feelings so blight
Singing and settling on my heart
They dare douse out my light

In a water-less pool alone on cold concrete I sleep
With emotions fighting like gallantry knights
Their swords in hand to pierce my sides
Into endless emotion where there I reside

Crying and dying inside a drown-prone maze
The love disappears as one wand sways
Unwinding memories taint and tempt
All the calloused unformed mounds of contempt
