ArtistA large rubber sheet with chessboard squares. The sheet is randomly undulated, representing a geodesic configuration. Plushies populate the squares on the chessboard pattern.
As stimuli (represented by the plushies) enter the MSM from the edge, the ::SHE+ILA:: kernel (the watchmaker) activates the appropriate coprocesses (monads) to accept and process the messages (Bufs). Each node (monad) has an activation probability (Markov weighting) which is updated as retriggering occurs, thus learning develops. Nodes may be either simple structs (Bufs) or threads in their own right (or even physical processors, as in ChatGPT GPU implementation). Anyway, it's fun to watch plushies dance across a geodesic chessboard :)
