Even if you don't understand why... Sometimes a daily practice even for 15 minutes or 20 minutes a day is okay. After a year of paint splashes and washes and non-compositional stuff. Recalibrating the mind helps. Even if it is something we left behind, because it was too gate kept. Today there's nothing special about it. Anyone can do it paint no paint at least in this world. Some days to look forward to the practice. Other days putting the frustration of the world into hopeless splatters. Yet to love life itself is part of what the practice is about keeping. World has not changed even with the immense unpredictability of where we will exist. Do something positive even if it's just a little bit.
