Almost like something from a child's storybook or reading class textbook from elementary school, this is the sunniest, happiest style transfer of a gloomy picture of an area of untamed beach (Camp Pendleton Marine Base, California). The area has a strange vibe to it not typical of any public or developed beach in Southern California that I have experienced, to my recollection. The closest that I can compare it to are some undeveloped, remote beaches south of the border, in Baja California, Mexico.
