ArtistA port city, similar to a traditional Scandinavian port city. A castle above the city has silver banners with the emblem of a brown otter. On the waters of the port floats a large wooden trading vessel. The figurehead at the bow of the vessel is that of a large spitz dog made of wood. An anthropomorphic German spitz stands prowdly on the deck of the vessel. The anthropomorphic German spitz wears the clothes and cap of a captain at sea. On shore, numerous anthropomorphic otters in traditional Scandinavian clothes watch the vessel approach. The vessel flies a blue flag with the emblem of a spitz on it.
Otterwa is the greatest port city in Otterwia, the kingdom of the otters. The kingdom is renown for its high quality metals and minerals including silver, copper and amber which Störte Becker intends to exchange for his cargo of Caninian gold, tinn and agate - for a decent profit, naturally. Störte Becker is not opposed to legal trade, but if someone asks him to deliver a 'personal package' to a 'good friend' in a different country, he will happily forget to add the package to his cargo list - if it is worth his while.
