I got some new fake practice skinflaps from a company out of England called "Reelskin". If anyone is learning to tattoo out there, use Reelskin! It's the closest thing to tattooing human skin that I've practiced on yet. It's awesome!
Pound of Flesh is a great company too, but Reelskin accepts ink better. It also takes stencils better.
