ArtistWashy loose watercolor of a girl and her goose depicted by Adrienne Segur
A watercolor painting depicts a little girl with brown hair tied up with a blue ribbon, looking at a white goose. The girl is wearing a white blouse and a blue overall dress, and she is crouched down with her chin resting on her hands. The goose is standing upright, facing the girl, with its head turned towards her. The background is a soft, muted watercolor wash of light blues, greens, and browns, suggesting a natural outdoor setting with faint indications of a fence on the left and tall grasses on the right. The style is gentle and whimsical, characteristic of a children's book illustration.
