There is a lot of the same in here. "Tomorrow We Will Meet You With Your Cells Restored," with color adjustment. Pink reduced, black space increased... A lot more...

Finally it's "fractalized," (the term Momdude used to describe it, seems about right to me) with 50% weight and 40% scale. Extra high enhancement. The new image has finer, brand new detail.
