This leathery old man, I photographed in the street in Bali, in Pamuteran on the North East side of the Island, just before a Cremation and local ceremony. He was very busy and would have been pleased, but he never smiled. He rode a bicycle which towed his ice filled vendor cart, with a couple of flavours of home made ice cream. Was a big event, because they don't hold funerals or cremations, per person. They put their relatives in a chest freezer and wait until there's a few to do at one time. So, the wealthiest respected man, got his parade, then the lesser ranked locals, were toasted last.. Ice Cream man, he went until he ran out..
