The original image was created using Mandelbulb and designed to resemble a complex but geometrically-precise architectural structure. I then filtered it through two of the style images I created to give it a level of abstraction from the original image. The goal was less to create a stylised version of the architectural picture and more to use it as a base on which to build something surreal and suggestive of otherworldly construction.
