Prompt

A whimsical fantasy illustration of Lina wrapped in a warm blanket, sitting on a small balcony beneath a vast star-filled night sky. Beside her sits Morius the Time Moth, a gentle moth-like timekeeper with kind eyes, elegant waistcoat filled with pocket watches, delicate antennae, and magnificent wings painted with tiny stars like the night sky. In Lina’s hand rests a transparent magical pocket watch filled with glowing firefly-like lights representing possibilities and forgotten dreams. Small floating lights drift around them like lost minutes returning home. Through the open window behind them, the cozy Workshop of Time can be seen, filled with clocks, gears, candles, and a peacefully ticking grandfather clock. Above them, constellations slowly form shapes such as a Sleeping Dragon and a Dancing Shoe. The atmosphere is warm, emotional, hopeful, and magical. Cinematic lighting, highly detailed fantasy illustration, storybook realism, style of Anton Pieck × Brian Froud × Charles Vess, 4:3 aspect ratio, subtle white unicorn head logo and the text “AI by Unicorngraphics” in the lower right corner.

More about Morius the Time Moth – Part 2

A soft knock echoed against the glass. Lina lifted her head. Outside hovered a glowing shape. At first she thought it was an unusually large moth, but then she noticed the kind eyes, the elegant waistcoat, and the magnificent wings trailing stardust through the night. In his paws he carried a small glowing jar. Lina blinked. “I must be dreaming.” Morius smiled and tapped the window again. Hesitantly, she opened it. “Who… what are you?” “I am Morius, the Time Moth,” he replied with a polite bow. “I repair what people do with their time. And sometimes what they fail to do with it.” “So I’m broken?” Lina asked nervously. “Not you,” Morius said gently. “Only your clock. And perhaps a few of your dreams.” He floated into her room and placed the glowing jar between them on the desk. Inside, silver light pulsed softly. “Look,” he said. Images appeared within the glass. Lina standing barefoot by a lakeshore at sunrise. Lina dancing along an unfamiliar street while music drifted through the air. Lina laughing with an old friend over a worn board game. Moments that had never happened, yet somehow felt warm and familiar. Tears filled her eyes. “I wanted all of that,” she whispered. “But it was never the right time. There was always something more important.” “The time you needed for those moments never vanished,” Morius explained. “It simply hid here.” He tapped the jar lightly. “But when it waits too long, the heart of your clock gathers dust. Eventually it may stop beating altogether.” “What am I supposed to do?” Lina asked. Morius studied her for a long moment. Reflected in his eyes were the books on her shelves, the closed curtains, and the neglected notebook filled with unfinished stories. “I can return your lost minutes,” he said. “But I cannot decide how you use them. That choice belongs to you.” Together they walked into the living room. The grandfather clock trembled faintly as if aware of their presence. Morius unscrewed the lid of the jar with a tiny click. Threads of silver light drifted upward. Yet instead of flowing back into the clock, they circled around Lina. They settled upon her shoulders, her hands, and her hair before sinking gently into her chest. It felt like taking a deep breath after years of stale air. The clock fell silent for a moment. Then it resumed ticking—steady, calm, and clear. The entire room seemed to straighten itself. “Your postponed moments are yours again,” said Morius. “But they will not remain forever. They ask only one thing—that you use them.” Lina felt something awaken inside her, a mixture of fear and excitement. “And what if I postpone them again?” Morius shrugged. “Then we shall meet again. But every time it becomes harder to gather scattered time.
