Although protected by his heavy fire-resistant & heat-retardant suit, this man is taking a risk walking upon the more solid part of a brown star, which can have a temperature as low as that of a cup of hot tea. A brown dwarf is a failed star and the idea that we might be able to walk on one is sort of ridiculous since in order to be any kind of star, it would have to have a wicked amount of mass, and hence, lots of gravity. But I heard this on a science show and this sparked my imagination.
