On May 5, 2025, the Netherlands celebrates 80 years of freedom. This wealth is too often taken for granted. The world is under pressure, and so is our freedom.

Another dawn born in freedom.
The light still spills in,
but the walls have begun to crumble.
What we built with hope,
now risks fading, like their names in the rain.
