Sample photo taken in Louisiana 2021 during Catastrophic flooding with hurricane Ida. This area close to the levee and was under 14” of flood waters for several days. During this period of time, The National Guard was deployed and this was a restricted area. The only noise or sounds were that of water spraying out of broken and twisted pipes belonging to homes that were washed and wrecked beyond redemption.
