Another use of the color transfer technique:

1. First transfer the base image to another image that has the colors we want, with weight 90%, no smoothing, preserve colors. Small image and 0.6 iterations seems fine.

2. Then transfer the result of the first step back to the base image. Weight of 30% is often enough. Extra smoothing is good here.
