After practicing shading in fake skinflaps, a CPR dummy, and a Barbie doll, I decided I need to move on to real skin. I, of course, always start with my own skin when moving in from tattooing fake thingies.

I began with trying to shade Ziggy. He was my first self tattoo outline. I didn't shade all of him- just enough to get a feel of shading techniques in real skin. When I get better at shading, I'll go back in and finish him up.

I found this style swimming in the birdbath I made for the Crows and Ravens in my back yard.
