** In the Wilderness He Wore His Crown**
The wind was his witness, the trees his guide,
He carried no kingdom but what’s inside.
With thorns and with blossoms, his fate was his own,
In solitude’s grace, the way out was shown.
He stepped from the woods, where shadows had grown,
To find her eyes, like light he had known.
With hands outstretched, yet trembling and slow,
In her quiet embrace, he let the winds go.
