My Main Antagonist is Victor Hathaway, Colonel Commander of the 600 members of the anti-villain - Zenith Astar Defiance in Soul Calibur IV.
Victor is the protector of the Battlebase: Zenith Astar Fortress. From his kingdoms, he chose the best squads and fire teams to protect them.
Though he is the king & commander of his kingdom, he doesn't control the Fortress (The elders are in the power of it). Similar to my M.C., Victor controls the army of Fort.
