I'm incredibly fortunate to be involved with the remaining cast & crew of the original "Night of the Living Dead"- on many levels and for many years now. We've been working with Gary Streiner for six years on a documentary about saving the chapel that's in the first scene of the film.

This is John Russo. He co-wrote "Night" & wrote my favorite, "Return of the Living Dead". He's become my weird, demented uncle...haha! Everytime we see each other, we exchange gifts & dirty jokes. One time my gift to him was a whole book of dirty jokes!

In this picture, John is holding up the pair of boxer shorts I had custom made for him. We have a long running underwear joke that's too long to write here, but these shorts were his gift that year.

I miss John & my Living Dead family & can't wait to be able to safely visit them all again- hopefully soon.

The style was vomited up by a freshly turned zombie.

Neat factoid: In "Night", they were called Ghouls & not zombies.
