Just a cold (that being a relative thing, this is southern California so cold is in the mid 50's Fahrenheit, with an offshore marine layer moving in from the coast to add a misty haze and layer of condensation all over everything
For the style transfer, I used another photo I took of another nightwalk from a couple months back.
