My base image is one of a series of black and white photos I took at the Allegheny County Courthouse in Pittsburgh. Designed by Henry Hobson Richardson, construction began in 1884 and was completed in 1888, two years after Richardson's death. The architect considered it to be his finest building. It is one of the best examples of the Romanesque Revival style in the U.S.

I created my black and white style image in FRAX, an iPad app.
Unless otherwise noted, all of the images I have made public are created from my own photography and/or digital or hand-made art.
