Just a random fictional person in Watch Dogs 2, frozen in offline digital non-time. He burns, perhaps with fire, but mostly with inconsequentiality, unless someone thrusts consequence upon him. I did not, I just drove the RC car that took the digital screenshot away. The game then found me an online hacking target, synced me with that player's session, and this NPC ceased to exist. Makes you think, or maybe it doesn't.
