create a Coat of arms for me. It should contain an Oriental shorthair Siamese chocolate point cat with vivid blue eyes, and be in blue, gold and silver. My Motto should be at the bottom and it should read "Vox Regia, Cor Nobile – A Royal Voice, A Noble Heart"
