"Palácio do Itamaraty" - Brasília

For my base image, I used my photo of the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Brasília. It is often referred to as the Palace of Arches. It was designed by Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer (1907-2012) and inaugurated in 1970. The sculpture is "Meteoro" by Brazilian sculptor Bruno Giorgi (1905-1993.)
I gave it an impressionistic ambiance with my style photo, a manipulated landscape that was later inverted to the colors opposite from the original.
