I'm a non-believer. It seems/I feel there is nothing "Holy" or "reverential" about gung-ho for xmas IN NOVEMBER.
In fact, it feels disrespectful and even a little blasphemous (and I can kinda dig that (if it's the intent)).
I'm not anti-xmas, it should be a time for family and reflection + I can still dig that.
