Missing the Kingfisher that was at our park last year. He first appeared in the fall of 2021, then left and went somewhere else during the cold winter months. He came back in the Spring of 2022, but left again during the summer to get away from the heat and humidity. I was looking forward to hearing his rattle and seeing him again in the fall of 2022, but he never showed up. It was fun to observe him diving for fish and I also enjoyed taking photos of him. I don't know if he is still alive, and just found a different place to migrate to, or if he didn't survive. I sure miss seeing him around.
