For those who aren't into Pokemon, yes there is a full on Pokemon god who in the lore actually created the entire Pokemon Universe, you could even have obtained him (only through special real life events and distributions as is the case with all mythical Pokemon.) except in the current games where he was one of the 200 some Pokemon that still haven't been coded in. :( :( :(
