With my hands joined above my head and my feet mirroring them I sat on the big leather sofa, closed my eyes and focused on my breath. On my in breath I imagined the breath travelling up from my toes, legs, front of my body to my head, then breathing out it going down the back of my body in a circular fashion. Whilst breathing in this manner I thought, “What if we’re all enlightened but just have to realise it and what if we don’t have to open all the Chakras in order but instead can start with the Crown Chakra?” As I had this thought I saw a Planet above my head with my eyes shut that had a Rainbow-Ring around it that grew larger then the planet exploded, dropping blue light into and around my body. I was listening to “Lotus Heart” by the Desert Dwellers and every time the bell rang more Prana, Gneuma, Chi floated down and round me in unison with my breathing; it felt like a Cosmic-Hug enveloping me. With my eyes shut I was in Space having an Experience of a Life-Time xX
